From the TObjArray documentation:

The array expands automatically when
 objects are added (shrinking can be done by hand using Expand(),
 how nice to have meaningful names -:)).

At least they included a smiley.

Well bugger me backwards with a pitchfork! The following compiles and runs, but I've not checked for sanity via plots. What I have done is vomit and screamed:

h2->GetYaxis()->GetXmin()

'nuff said.
